Ancillary services

CarePatrol has developed a vast network of related senior care professionals who can provide additional services. Each has been vetted through years of experience. These professionals include elder law attorneys, CPAs, financial planners, realtors, and movers to name a few. In addition, CarePatrol can provide guidance to veterans who may be eligible for the Veterans Aid and Attendance benefit. This benefit offers financial assistance to pay for community living to War Era Veterans and their spouses if certain conditions are met. The benefit can be as much as $2,727 per month for a married veteran, $2,300 a month a single veteran, and $1,478 a month for their surviving spouse. This is one of the many benefits that CarePatrol will help direct you to in order to pay towards senior care costs.

Please also note that services for elder law planning are available through the Voluntary Legal Service Plan and financial planning services are provided through Stacey Braun Associates, Inc. Both benefits are provided through the PEF Membership Benefits Program.

The 3-Step Process

1. Discovery

To match your loved one with a senior care option that best fits his or her care needs and financial considerations, CarePatrol will go through a detailed “care discovery” to learn what is most important for your family. This is done with the utmost compassion and confidence to guide your family.  Preserving dignity.

2. Explore Care Options

Based on CarePatrol’s Care Discovery session, they will present you with all care options, focusing on those that best meet your loved one’s specific needs. CarePatrol will accompany you on tours of senior living communities and serve as an advocate to your family to make sure you’re able to make the best decision. Guiding you at every step.

3. Care Decision

Once a decision is made, CarePatrol will guide you through any additional steps (realtors, movers, elder law attorneys, etc.) so that you can focus on getting your loved one comfortable in their new home. CarePatrol will continue to be your advocate long after moving day.  Expert advice you can rely on.
